The Concrete Education Councils (CECs) are groups of local KCA Ready Mix Producer Members and KCA Associate Members. There are five (5) CECs in Kentucky from regional geographical areas. The CECs provide concrete educational programs in their respective areas designed to educate local decision makers about the advantages of using concrete in buildings and pavements.
